I had computer “issues” – a bad hard drive. After consulting Alan, he sent me out to get a great upgraded HD that would also speed up my computer.
Since I was long distance, he walked me through some actions over the phone. This sped up the process so when the computer was back in town again, the job could just get done. Once he got the computer in his hands, he used his knowledge to get around some additional barriers to completing the job.
My computer loads up fast, fast, fast!
He also added memory to my husband’s computer so it operates faster.
